Q: How long does it take before you can ship out my order?
A: We have a striving record of fulfilling and dispatching orders within 21 days of your order confirmation.
Please note, we are unable to control any transit delays caused by the shipping company. Please factor in transit time if your project follows a sensitive timeline.
Q: Where in the United States do you ship to?
A: We ship to all 49 states in the continental United States.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Q: What information do you need from me for a successful delivery?
A: For orders containing no oversized products – a good 'ol delivery address, contact name, email and phone number will do.
For orders containing oversized products – in addition to the information above, we will need to know your EIN (employer identification number), full business name, and receive a copy of your W9 form.
We collect these information to ensure proper declaration at the Canada-US border. This allows the shipping company to avoid any unnecessary delay to the transit of your order.
Q: Are taxes and duties included?
A: Yes! For our US customers, we have already included taxes and duties in our product listing prices, so there will be no surprises to you upon delivery!

Q: Why do oversized products require a flat rate shipping fee?
A: Oversized products require commercial (i.e. pallet) shipping, which by nature are much more costly than courier shipping.
We package all of our products flat to ensure you are getting the most economical shipping rates. As a token of gratitude for your business, we will waive the oversized flat rate shipping fee when your order subtotal reaches $2,000.
Q: Can you waive the oversized flat rate shipping fee if I order a mix of products with and without free shipping?
A: Yes, as long as the entire order subtotal reaches $2,000. Get creative with your mix & match!
