Yes, the terms; Screen Clamps, Sneeze Guard Clamps, Desk Divider Clamps and Privacy Screen clamps are all interchangeable. The refer to the same type of clamping system designed for plastic or glass.
How are the desk screen clamps fastened the desk?
The bottom bracket is fastened around the lip of the desk.
If your desk doesn't have a lip, or you want to place the clamp on the desk, other than the edge, use our universal clamp mounting solution.
How much is each screen clamp?
The Clamps are $20 each.
What size desk and plexiglass will they fit?
The desk clamps are used to secure plexiglass or acrylic to desktop surfaces.
The Top clamp will allow for plexiglass or acrylic with a thickness of 1/8" to 1/2".
The bottom bracket will allow for desks with a thickness of 5/8" to 2"
Do you sell the plexiglass too?
Yes we can also supply plexiglass.
What do I need to install them?
An Allen key is used to keep the plexiglass secure in the clamp. To fasten the bracket to the desk, turn the black knob at the bottom.
How soon can the desk screen clamps be shipped?
We typically ship the next day. Shipping is 25$ anywhere in North America. We ship from Toronto (not overseas).
What colours do the clamps come in?
Currently they only come in white.
How many will I need?
For a screen over 3' high we recommend on screen clamp every 2 feet, otherwise one clamp every 3 to 4 feet.
Can I use the clamps to hold something other than plexiglass?
Yes, the screen clamps will hold plastic, acrylic, polycarbonate, acoustic felt, metal, etc.
What are the screen clamps made of?
The top part of the desk screen clamp is made from lightweight aluminum, with a powder coated finish. The bottom bracket is made from steel, and is powder coated.
